Deal with the candy bombs quickly
When Candy Crush level 575 begins, you'll see several candy bombs on the conveyor belt. Since these will blow up in 9 turns, you need to make sure these are taken care of ASAP. Look for chances to make striped candies and destroy the bombs from afar. If that proves impossible, try to make matches on the conveyor belt itself.

Make special candy combinations
Although the majority of jelly squares are on the bottom, the squares on the top that are covered in meringue also have jelly, and will be tougher to clear. Destroy the meringue using special candies. Combining wrapped bombs and striped candies can be powerful, but a color bomb and a striped candy is even more so. This will hit lots more meringue. Note that you probably can't use the bomb trapped in meringue for this purpose, as it's very hard to make a striped candy on the top half of the board.

Use the conveyor belt to your advantage
The conveyor belt in Candy Crush level 575 runs in a circle around the top of the board. You can use this to create automatic matches as in previous levels, although it's less likely, what with all of the meringue. The mystery eggs which drop in from above may open up to reveal bombs! Use these bombs once they've rotated to a spot where they can to the most damage. Combining them will be even more effective.
