Break the meringues up top
Candy Crush Level 572 looks more simple than it is. Collecting ninety purple candies is not an easy feat, especially with only 30 moves to use. The first thing you want to do is break up the meringues at the top of the board. There is one on either side. If you don't break these, then new candies can't filter to the main board at the bottom. There are two ways to clear the meringues at the top of the board. The first way is probably the easiest: try and make matches with the candies at the top of the board. If this doesn't work, there's another, more effective way to clear the meringues. Try to line a vertical candy up with the meringues. The vertical candies will not only clear a whole row of candies, but make short work of the meringues. Fortunately, both meringues only have two layers. It shouldn't take too many moves to deal with them.

Use special candies and combos to your advantage
The goal of this level is simple: collect as many purple candies as you possibly can. In order to do this, you're going to need to make lots of special candies and combinations. One of the best special candies to use for this level is a color bomb. Combining a color bomb with a purple striped candy will eliminate a ton of purple candies from the board. Using a color bomb without a striped candy is effective as well. If you can, try to make wrapped candies. A wrapped candy will clear a lot of space on the board, as well as collect a lot of purple candies.

Go for purple matches whenever possible
This may be obvious, but you should only make matches with purple candies. If you're making moves that don't impact the purple candies, then you're using the wrong strategy.
