You'll find that this level is very similar to 497. Except that there are no licorice in this level. Striped candies and wrapped combos are key to you clearing this level. The wrapped and striped candies will help you get through the locked candies and bust through chocolates.

Chocolates are going to make level 498 tough. Chocolates are going to be made every time a move is made. Focus your moves on breaking through all the chocolate. Once you have gotten rid of all the chocolates, begin focusing on the locked candies and getting the ingredients down. If you don't clear the chocolates, you will not be able to get the unlocked candy, or the ingredients down. The chocolate will also cover the board and force you to loose a life in Candy Crush.
