When you make a striped candy, match it so that it will clear a column of jelly in the bottom half of the board. This will set off the striped candies in the jelly and push you much closer to your goal of 25. Match two striped candies together for a stronger combination.

Don't worry about making any other special candies, like wrapped candies. These will help clear the board, but won't help you reach your goal. However, if you can make a color bomb, then make one. Match it with a striped candy for a large boost towards your goal.
