Start this level of by clearing the cake wheels so you can activate the giant hammer. A fantastic way to do some damage to the wheel is to use a color bomb and a striped candy. When the hammer comes down it should clear the board as well as attack the meringue. Remember that once the cake wheel is gone, jellies will appear under it. So be sure to get to those as well.

Work from the bottom of the board
You have two options after the cake wheels are gone. The first is that you could start clearing jellies at the bottom. This will dispose of those jellies, and give you the cascade effect. This means you could potentially kill two birds with one stone and get matches to clear away the meringue at the top.

The other option here is that you could start with the meringue at the top and clear it away first. The jellies at the top and under the meringue are the hardest to get. So you could want to spend more time here and worry about the bottom of the board later.
