Get rid of the licorice cages
The licorice cages at the top of the board are the biggest problem in this level. You need the board to flow with candies so that you can make matches, and the cages stop the flow. Clear them out as quickly and efficiently as you can. Unfortunately bombs will flow from the dispensers, however your going to have to deal with them. Having the candies on the board is more important than keeping the bombs stay put. You should also try and clear out the chocolate from in front of the dispenser when you can.

Use striped candies to get through the chocolates
Aside from needing the striped candies for your order, you're also going to need them to get through the chocolate. Using them to get through the chocolate is the best way to open up the board. With a more open board you will have better opportunities to make striped candies Once you get through the chocolate there are striped candies that await you as well.

Watch out for the 5-move bombs
Something you are of course going to have to deal with are the bombs that will fall from the top. Keep and eye on them and dispose of them when you can. They are only 5-move bombs so you will have to act quick.
