While it may be appealing to go for the color bomb s in the corners to fulfill this order level, between the licorice X's and the multilayered meringue s, it will cost you more than 40 moves to get through all the blockers. Instead, focus on forming your own color bombs (since you only need 2 and 40 moves is plenty).
