Work on one side of the board
When you start this level, make your first matches on the side where your first ingredient appears. Bring down as many ingredients as you can so that they appear on the board.

use one coocnut wheel to drop the ingredients
When you have all or a good amount of ingredients on the board (and one one side), move the closest coconut wheel towards them to the left or right (pending on which side your ingredients are on). This will drop all of the ingredients down below.

Use the other coconut wheel to defuse the bomb
Of course, this level becomes even trickier when the with the candy bomb in the center column. When the bomb is down to it's final moves, move the other coconut wheel in a way (pending on where it is on the board) that it destroys the bomb.
