Know where your quadrants are
The most confusing and troublesome aspect of this level is figuring out how to board works. Think of it this way: If you have an ingredient in quadrant 2, you must impact quadrants 3 or 4 to bring it down. Use the above screenshot as a guide at how the board really flows.

Clear the bottom out for your ingredients
Now that you know how the board flows, you need to get you ingredients down. To do that, you will need to clear out quadrant 4 which can be cleared out by impacting quadrant 3. Remember, it's a little easier because you only have 3 colors to work with.

Use wrapped + striped specials
Activating a wrapped + a striped candy combo is fantastic in this level. The impact is big enough that it will clear candies out of 1, 3, and 4. The mystery candies are a good source of getting one of them, however you must be careful due to the fact that they can also contain a blocker.
