Candy Crush Level 144 Video

Level 144 is a Target Score level, one of five level types in Candy Crush Saga. Your objective is to get 75,000 points in 45 moves. In order to complete a Target Score level, you will need to reach a minimum target score in a limited number of moves. Target score levels appear in the first episode, Candy Town, and continue to the eleventh episode, Gingerbread Glade. When playing this type of level, you may be faced with other blockers such as, bombs, jelly, and meringue.

How To Beat Target Score Levels:

  • Stay focused. Only make moves that help increase your score. Typically in these types of levels, the move limit is low. If there are blockers or other obstacles standing in your way, make sure that you ignore them and are continuously scanning the board for potential combinations or large matches. Do not waste moves on clearing the boosters or obstacles unless necessary.
  • Look to create special candy combinations. Special candy combinations will help you to use your moves efficiently since they have a higher point value attached to them. When possible, make combinations that include 4+ candies. Also, look to combine two special candies together.
  • Take your time. Since these levels do not have a time limit, make sure that each move you make is the best move. Remember, you are trying to reach a target score, not beat the clock or clear blockers. Continue to look around the board to be sure that each move you make, impacts the score.

Bonus Tip: Bottom-Up Strategy

Matches at the bottom create cascades that can set up combos above. Always scan the bottom third of the board first.

I had 134000 points with 23 moves left and still didn't pass

Don't give up on this level. It took me a while but I got through it without any store-bought help. It helped when I got a board where my first move got rid of two bombs. Luck has a lot to do with it.

Why didn't I win when I got 98000 points?

I got 98000 which is over the required 75000 points. It didn't move me onward to level 145 though. What am I missing here???? I still had 15 moves left, but that shouldn't matter. Can anyone give me an answer to this?

" I still had 15 moves left, but that shouldn't matter." It matters. It ain't over 'till it's over. Use the remaining moves to get rid of bombs.

I agree with Trina. I'm playing Fruit Quest now.

Tip. Keep restarting until you can get rid of two Time bombs at once. Then work at the sides to get at the other two. Keep your eyes open for the opportunity of making combinations, especially a colour bomb, which will allow you to get at multiple or closed in Time Bombs. Keep destroying new bombs as fast as possible. The only objective is to be alive after all the moves. Scoring should take care of itself, and you don't have to clear all the boxes.

I ended the level with 79,900 points, why did I not win?

No one wants to answer the question as to why you don't win when you break 75000 points, that sucks. This game sucks.

If you don't have a board where you can take out the bombs on one side and it is favorable to clear the meringue on the other side, then you just can forget to play it. You will never be able to clear the bombs on both sides in time. So this is a game of luck only; it doesn't matter how good or bad you are, but how good or bad the initial board is. The one shown above is just very rare, normally you won't get one like this and thus you cannot beat the level..

King's level description is wrong. The level does _not_ stop when you have reached the goal. You have to _play to the end_ with all moves, then sugar crash happens, and your total points will be shown. Watch out that no bombs count to zero after you made the 75.000 points!
