All the jelly in level 627 is down on the bottom, in the two separate squares. Unfortunately it's protected by licorice swirls. Use vertically striped candies to get rid of some of the licorice. You can then drop bombs in the squares and set them off with more striped candies.

Once you've hit the frog enough, you'll hear "Frogalicious!" That's your cue to move it into the jelly. Move the frog into the square with the most licorice, then focus on hitting it enough to hit "Frogalicious" once more.
