Start at the Bottom of the Board
The bottom of the board has 7 multi-layered meringues as well as 9 licorice swirls that block the exit of the ingredients. You should start here, clearing the blockers You won't be able to bring down the ingredients until these blockers are cleared. Then you can clear the licorice swirls at the top and start to bring down the ingredients.

Avoid The Conveyor Belt
In the rows where the licorice swirls are is a conveyor belt that moves whatever is on them left or right after each move. It is generally not too harmful, but you don't want your ingredients to get stuck on there. Keeping ingredients in one column makes it easier to keep track of them and bring them down, so you don't want them flying around on a conveyor belt.

Use Special Candies
As in every ingredients level, striped vertical candies are very effective. Use a vertical striped candy in the same column as an ingredient and you bring it down immediately. Make and combine special candies to clear out space and bring ingredients down.
