At the start of this level, there is some licorice you should clear as soon as possible. Your first moves should try to get rid of as much licorice as possible, and then focus on the meringue and cakes. If you can, try to have your moves take out more than one thing at a time. For example, one move could potentially clear a licorice, a piece of cake, and a bit of meringue.

Clear everything
Unfortunately, if you want to pass this level you'll have to clear every bit of cake and 4-layered meringue. It's not necessary to clear every licorice swirl, especially since your first cake will take out any stragglers. Try to clear some meringue before using a cake so you can get to the jellies before all the cakes are gone.

One cake at a time
The cannon that comes after clearing a cake is extremely useful, but be careful not to set more than one off at a time. It can be dangerous if you have two cakes close to being cleared and then you have a special combo that might set them both off. Try to avoid that scenario if possible, but still try to use your special combos when you can. Use your special combos before setting off a cake, since the cannon would wipe your combos off the board.
