Get Rid of Candy Bombs First.
There are 4 candy bomb s that are surrounded by 2-hit meringue s and licorice swirl s. Your first task is to clear these bombs. If you don't focus on the candy bombs, they'll detonate and you automatically lose the level.
Create Special Candies.
You need to create special candies to break through the licorice and meringue columns that block the candy bombs. This is not such a difficult task because there are only 5 colors of candy in this level. If you get a color bomb and you can't combine it with another special candy, combine it with a color other than blue or purple to remove that color from the board.
Don't Worry About Dispensers.
Even after you clear the mess in the middle three columns, there are still dispensers there that can spew out more licorice and candy bomb s. You don't have to be preoccupied with it though, because the biggest challenge was to take out the 9-move bombs that were protected. New bombs that are dispensed won't be as difficult to reach and clear.
