Five Layer Meringues Again?
The five layer meringues at the bottom of this level are pretty hard to clear. The faster you can get rid of them to open up the board, the better. With only half of the board available, it's going to be hard to make the special candies you need to win. Make horizontal matches along the edge of the meringue to start clearing as much meringue as possible in the fewest possible moves.

Take Care of the Candy Bombs
candy bombs start to fall once you get into the level. Keep an eye on these, while continuing to try and form wrapped candies. If any bombs fall in a hard to reach place, use striped candy blasts to reach them!

Toffee Tornadoes are Annoying
Level 464 features two tornadoes from the start. They might slightly help you deal with the meringues in the beginning of the level but are overall a nuisance. Blast these away to keep them off the board for five turns. If the tornadoes roam over special candies, they can put a big dent in your plans.
