As in all ingredients levels, vertical striped candies are your best friend. You should try to save as many of them as possible so when you have them in the same column as an ingredient, activating it will bring it down instantly.

Keep Bottom Section Chocolate Free
The bottom section has a chocolate fountain as well as two pieces of chocolate to start the level. You want to clear the pieces of chocolate as soon as possible because they are blocking two portals. Just make sure you don't let the bottom section get overrun with chocolate because you need to be able to bring the ingredients down.

Move Ingredients From Middle Column
The middle column is the only column that an ingredient can't fall to the bottom because it is blocked by a chocolate fountain. Whenever an ingredient is in the middle column, try to move it so you don't have to do it later.
