Get the mystery candies ASAP
As you can see from the board's shape, the left side of jellies can only be cleared using special candies on the right side. Because of this it is in your best interest to clear as many mystery candies as you can. You are going to need whatever specials you can get.

Make as many horizontally striped candies as you can
The easiest way and fastest way to reach the jellies is to form and activate a horizontally striped candies. The top and bottoms rows will be the hardest, so get to them early to get them out off the way.

Watch for color bombs
Keep and eye out for potential color bomb opportunities. They will be a massive weapon in this level. If you can, combine them with either striped candies or jelly fish. These methods will do some major damage to the left side of the board. Using a single color bomb is also useful as it can get to any color you are having trouble clearing.
