Eliminate the candy bombs sooner rather than later
Though you have 30 moves to make before the bombs go off (when you have 20 moves remaining), try to eliminate them earlier on in the level. If you get a color bomb, you can easily eliminate timed candy bombs by matching the color bomb with an identical color as the candy bomb.

Keep the chocolate at bay
Keep an eye on the chocolate fountain. Because the chocolate fountain is in the center, it will make blocks of chocolate go right up the middle of the board. This is bad because it will split the board into two halves and make it much harder to make matches.

Go crazy on trying to make special candies
Level 410 has a very broad board with a lot of opportunity for special candies. Striped candies are great to clear whole rows of jelly. If you get a special candy, make sure to use it before the chocolate reaches it and you lose it. However, if you can hold out to match two special candies together, it will be much more effective.
