Work on the cakes
The first thing that needs to happen is the clearing of the cake wheels so you can activate the big hammer. Use striped candies, and striped candy combos to reach and clear the cake pieces. Once one cake wheel is cleared, the level will become much easier.

Work from the bottom up
The bottom jellies are much harder to clear than the tops ones. Because of this, you should start making matches from the bottom and work your way up. This method will also give you the cascade effect, and hopefully clear out jellies at the top that have not been cleared.

Look for color bomb opportunities
With the top pretty much being wide open, there should be some good opportunities for you to create some match 5s. The color bombs will especially help with clearing out and jellies you are having trouble clearing. A color bomb + a striped is a huge help here!
