Go for the mystery candies
In order to get to all of the jellies and mystery eggs at the bottom of the board, you have to make some vertical striped candy combinations at the top first. A good way to clear up some space on the bottom is to go for the two mystery candies at the top of the screen. There's a good chance you will be able to use these to your advantage. Keep an eye out for bombs that drop down from the top of the screen. Try to position them above the meringues before setting them off.

Eliminate the meringues
The meringues at the bottom of the screen are, as usual, concealing double jellies so it's imperative that you concentrate on getting rid of them. A good way to do this is to use combinations. Given that the meringues are all lined up in a row, they are especially vulnerable to horizontal candies. Fortunately, these meringues require only two hits to get rid of them, so making some well-placed hits will make quick work of them.

Work the bottom of the screen
When concentrating on making matches at the bottom of the screen, the top will generally make matches for itself. The most difficult double jellies to destroy are at the bottom. Use the plethora of mystery candies to take care of the jellies. There's a good chance that at least one of them will provide you with a devastating combination or candy. Keep in mind that the corner jellies are by far the hardest to remove. It might be in your best interest to get rid of them first.
