Clear Both Cake Wheels
There are two cake wheels at the bottom of the board that if you clear, will make the level much easier. When you clear a cake, a hammer will come down and make 1 hit on everything on the board. This is extremely helpful because if you clear both cakes, he middle column where the ingredients come down is full of 2 hit meringue so it would be cleared.

Don't Break the Rest of Meringue
The middle column is flanked by 5 hit meringue so when you clear the middle column by way of the cake wheel, they will still need 3 hits to be destroyed. You don't want to destroy the top outlying meringue because they are blocking licorice swirls from dropping down.

Use Vertical Striped Candies
Once the middle column is cleared, you want to get vertical striped candies in that column to bring down ingredients immediately. You most likely need a few vertical striped candies because there are 4 ingredients to collect.
