This Candy Crush level is near impossible to complete without boosters. It's also probably the hardest level in the game, whether it's because it's difficult to get the ingredient, lack of moves, or a design error. This level requires clearing 38 single jelly squares in 20 moves. Once completed, the Sugar Crush will activate and earn you extra points. Make sure to clear the candy cane fence and activate the 'Sugar Crush' booster, as it will give you three striped candies.
