For level 3321 of Candy Crush Saga, you need 6 ingredients and 18 moves. The video below demonstrates how to get through the level in fewer moves. While you do have to clear all the candy cane fences to get the ingredients to drop, you can usually clear them all in less time using a stripe/wrap or colourbomb combo. You can also make use of the coconut wheel to create 3 striped candies before the level even starts.
Bonus Tip: Bottom-Up Strategy
AIMatches at the bottom create cascades that can set up combos above. Always scan the bottom third of the board first.
