To get a high score in Candy Crush level 3182, you have to match three candies of the same color. This can be achieved by making a T-shape or by matching 8 candies of the same color. To make this level easier, you can also use the color bomb. A color bomb is an item that will remove any candy of a certain color. If you don't want to use a color bomb, you can always place a coloring candy.

The bonus of using the cheat time is that you can get extra lives. After you've cleared a level, you can get another extra life. Simply tap on the small icon located in the lower left corner of the start-up screen. This will give you an extra five seconds in the time trial levels. However, you should only use the cheat time when you're sure that you'll need them.

As for the other ingredients, you should be able to collect one of them to complete level 3172. This is easy, as long as you have two of them on the board.
