I like to start off this level with mystery egg matches or other special candies right away. If you don't see any moves that will let you do that, I recommend you reset the board before you've made your first move. This won't cost you any lives and is very easy to do. Simply exit the level and reopen it from the levels map. You will get an entirely new layout!

Match mystery eggs first
I like to start with the mystery eggs, since if you get lucky with the special candies, you can easily complete some of your orders. It will also go towards helping you remove the meringue quickly. So either way it gives you a jump start on completing your orders. Of course, there is a risk you could get chocolate, but I'm willing to take that chance.

Prioritize striped + wrapped
The hardest order to complete seems to be the Striped + Wrapped combo, so if you are able to, you should prioritize that order. If you have the choice to make a striped + wrapped or another combo, I would recommend making the striped + wrapped first.
