Dispose of the licorice swirls
At the start of this level your main focus should be on getting past the sea of licorice swirls. Obviously without doing so you will not be able to get your ingredients to fall. For the most part, striped candies will do wonders on ingredient levels. However, using them against the licorice swirls will prove futile as they just swallow up the effects of both the striped and wrapped candies. Do your best to simply clear them away until the board is able to open up more.Once your ingredient is below them you should be good. At times the board may even reshuffle which could be a key assist in this level to get through the blockers.

Free and combine the locked wrapped candies
Fortunately there is a great way to clear out a cluster of licorice swirls and the board has even supplied you with them. Free the 2 wrapped candies from the marmalade and combine them. When you combine these two candies they WILL take out the swirls, making a nice path for your ingredients to fall.

Do not waste the free color bomb
The board has also provided you with a locked color bomb. Once you are able to free it, it is important to remember not to squander such a gift. You could use the bomb to remove a candy blocking the exit for your ingredient.. Or you could use it and combine it with another special candy. Doing this will multiple it's effect in some way, and potentially clear an even larger path for your ingredient.
