Clear the 15 move bomb in the center
Bringing down the needed ingredients could prove difficult if the center bomb is not disposed of in the first handful of turns. Work around the bomb to clear it and hopefully you will also clear some area for the ingredients. You should also note that a new bomb will reappear on every 7th move you make.

Focus on one area for your ingredients to fall
If you clear out one specific area, all your ingredients will fall in the same general area. This will make this easier so you won't have to clear out the entire board.

Form a horizontal candy for the bottom row
A horizontal candy will take out an entire row when activated. So if you can form and activate one in the bottom row with all the licorice swirls you will rid yourself of all the blockers. This will of course make things much easier when you go to drop your ingredients. A vertically striped candy will also work well in this level if they are located in the same column as an ingredient.
