Your best hope for clearing all of these obstacles is to use the Moon Struck bonus, and mix special candies combinations with the resulting matches.
Mind the Chocolate Fountains.
The chocolate fountains only produce blockers on the tiles to the side of the fountains. Leave the meringues next to these alone, and you won't have to deal with any more chocolate spreading then you will already have to. More chocolate blockers would be unbearable. Even bears couldn't deal with it!
