Level 42 Cheat #1: Destroy all the licorice.

• The ingredients' path to the bottom of the grid is blocked by licorice Xs. You won't have much time to match every trapped candy, but clearing out most--if not all--of the licorice is essential for making room for the ingredients.
• Bombs are extremely useful here; if you can make any, use them to destroy as much licorice as possible.

Level 42 Cheat #2: Keep Odus safe and use the Moon Struck.

• Odus can't fall from the moon, or else the game is over. Make sure the owl doesn't get tipped too far in either direction.
• If Odus does start to fall off, you can fill up the Moon Struck meter to prevent the owl from falling and destroy tons of candy in the process.
