In order to beat the level, you need to ferry the ingredients on either side of the board through each of the portals. Only then will you collect them. The only way to move the ingredients is to line up horizontal or vertical striped candy with the isolated candies you wish to hit. Be prepared to make tons of striped candies. There are a couple of mystery candies to help you out in the beginning, although there's no guarantee they will be beneficial. In many playthroughs, a mystery candy revealed a coconut wheel. If you find one, definitely use it to hit the isolated candies.
