Tips & Strategies

  • 1

    First, go for the bombs

In level 191, it's a lot more about luck than it is about skill. Unfortunately, you only get 25 moves to clear the bombs. Thanks to multi-layered meringues, jellies and licorice xs, you've got a lot between you and the bombs. You're going to need to use the candies in the marmalade wisely. Try to maximize the impact of special candies by forming special candy combinations. Aim for the sides of the multi-layered meringue box--letting candies into the empty side area will open up moves for getting those pesky bombs.

  • 2

    Then, go towards the jelly

Once you get a good board and you clear all the bombs, this level is fairly easy. It's just about clear jellies. Since a jelly isn't immune to other blockers or obstacles, even small striped candies will do a lot of damage on this level!

  • 3

    Create special candy combos

One of the best ways to steam roll through jellies is to create special candy combos For instance, creating a striped candy plus a wrapped candy combo will clear out a large amount of jellies as its effect will stretch acorss the board

Theoretically yes. But practically it needs so many of them, and you can make so few of them in time, that it is hardly ever possible to get three of them, all at the right place, before the bombs explode. I made good experience with the use of fishes, after just three games I passes, while I made so many more games without fishes and always failed.

Yes, this level is not designed to be passed without paying. Even when the level starts well - I had two color bombs and was able to remove two bombs in the first ten moves, but then the usual \"King problems\" ocurred: NO usable combinations for the next 15 moves. None, not a single striped candy to be made anywhere...

This is only available on the mobile version, which is different from when you play on a PC.

P., this is the best advice on this level I have found. Within half an hour I had nearly beaten it . Won't be long now. Thanks for taking the time to post your tip!

It's probably different on the PC version. There you will lose a life if you exit. The arrow in the corner with the door is in the mobile version.

What are you talking about? There's no red circle/door/arrow.

The only way to get rid of the bombs before 25 moves is when the level starts the candies that fall have to unwrap the striped candy in the middle and the combination has to break the majority of the jellies in the centre AND has to uncover some of the coated meringues the coated meringues...if it doesnt do this go to the arrow in the corner of the screen and click the red circle with the door and arrow and get out and go back (it doesn't use up a life and you can repeat this until it happens) I was able to beat the level in 49 moves. It is hard and you will need at least 1 striped candy color bomb combo and the striped and wrapped combo and several striped candies (I also had to use a hard candy hammer) This level was SO brutal and I'm glad I'm done. :) I managed to get 307000 points and 3 stars so thats good. :) good luck guys.

it is so difficult .. a agree with others that we have only 25 move no more ...

This level is B.S. because it shows that they give you 50 moves BUT in all reality you only have 25 moves, because you NEVER MAKE IT TO THE BOMBS, so you die.

I find this level annoying. Most of my fails are because I can't reach the bombs.

I found if you do striped wrapped combos they work well for clearing the bombs and jellies as well.
